You can pick up your rental bike by appointment only by using our booking platform.(https://alsacegravelbike.lokki.rent/en) Several options are available: • You can pick up your bike for free at one of our five conveniently located meeting points along the Alsace Wine Route: Rouffach, Pfaffenheim, Gueberschwihr, Hattstatt, and Eguisheim. • We offer a paid delivery service of your bike within a 10 km radius of Hattstatt. Please note that we only rent bikes by appointment. We are not open all day long, so you will not find anybody if you come unannounced.

Each gravel bike rental includes: • a Welt G100 2025 gravel bike in kiwi or orange, in your size (XS, S, M, or L), • a bottle cage (water bottle not included). Additional rental options include: • a Limar Air Star helmet in your size, • a phone mount, • a lock, • a frame bag, • a repair kit including an inner tube, tire levers, and a mini-pump.

No, we do not rent road bikes, only gravel bikes. However, we do offer Hutchinson Caracal slick gravel tires for rent. The smooth tread (very slick) in the center of the tire allows you to go faster and ride equally well on roads, hard, compact, and rocky trails, in dry conditions.

Yes, of course you can! You can rent a bike for half a day, a full day, or for several days (weekend, a few days to a week). Discounted rates are available for longer rental periods.

For your gravel cycling adventure on the roads of Alsace, we recommend you bring: • clothing appropriate for the weather, • a helmet (which you can rent from us), • a water bottle, • a snack to keep you energized, • sunscreen in summer, • gloves and cycling glasses, • comfortable shoes, • a GPS app or a cycling computer to follow the route.

Yes, we rent the Seatylock Foldylock 75 folding bike lock. Compact and lightweight, it's ideal if you want to secure the bike and stop for a drink on a terrace or explore a village on foot. For long-term rentals, we recommend always securing your gravel bike in an enclosed space and avoiding leaving it on the street.

With your gravel bike, you can rent our puncture repair kit starting at €3 per day. For rentals of a day or more, we remain available during your ride should you encounter any problems. Depending on the issue, we will either intervene or help you find a quick solution.

We do not have bikes for children. However, our smallest bike is suitable for someone between 1.45 m and 1.55 m tall (size XS). It could therefore be suitable for a teenager. Please feel free to contact us to check compatibility based on your child's height.

Yes, we gladly welcome groups (friends, clubs, seminars, etc.). Contact us in advance to organize your gravel ride in Alsace, along the wine route, or in the Vosges Mountains. We can offer personalized itineraries, recommend professional guides to accompany you, and provide logistical advice.

You can rent our bikes from Monday to Sunday, • either for a half-day: from 9 am to 12pm or from 2 pm to 6 pm, • or for a full day from 9 am to 6 pm. Please note that the times indicated on your rental agreement are the times you must arrive at the meeting point you chose to pick up your bike. For your convenience, we recommend arriving a few minutes early to allow time for discussion, adjustments, and route suggestions if needed. ⚠️ If you are more than 30 minutes late picking up your bike without prior notice, your reservation may be canceled without a refund, and your bike may be reassigned.
