Our gravel bikes
Collect your gravel bike
You can pick up your rental bike by appointment only by using our booking platform.
Several options are available:

You can pick up your bike for free at one of our five meeting points conveniently located along the Alsace Wine Route: Rouffach, Pfaffenheim, Gueberschwihr, Hattstatt, and Eguisheim.

We offer a paid delivery service of your bike within a 10 km radius of Hattstatt.
⚠️ Please note that we only rent bikes by appointment. We are not open all day long, so you will not find anybody if you come unannounced.
⚠️ Security deposit mandatory: €1300 per bicycle
A pre-authorization hold will be placed on your card for the security deposit at the time of payment. You will not be charged, and this hold guarantees that the necessary funds are reserved.
Please note that this deposit is mandatory to rent a gravel bike with Alsace Gravel Bike. If you have not paid the deposit on the day of booking, we reserve the right to cancel the rental and you will not be refunded.
